Update Older Versions to 9.7
If
you currently have Version 9.0 to 9.4: After
installing the update, you will need to run Manage
IT!® and allow
it to go through its own update process. This update
process to Manage IT!® version
9.7 can take as long as several days, depending on
your equipment. Please also reserve extra time for
your Manage IT!® software
update or CD upgrade if you use equipment created before
January 2000.
If you currently have
Version 9.5 or 9.6: After installing the
update, you will need to run Manage IT!® and
allow it to go through its own update process. The update
to Manage IT!® version
9.7 can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 hours. Please
also reserve extra time for your Manage IT!® software
update if you use equipment created before
January 2000.
If
you currently have
a version before 9.0: We cannot support versions
before 9.0. You should enroll in the Annual
Maintenance Agreement Program
to upgrade your software to version 10.
