Macintosh:
Updating Manage IT!®:
Simply run the CheckUpMit10 that is located in the ManageIT! folder on your computer. When the screen below appears, please click on the “Update” button.

Once the updater has finished, you must log in to Manage IT!® to complete the update process. If you are notified that update scripts have been found, select “Proceed” to run the update scripts.
Updating Incredible Tutor™:
Open the IncredibleTutor folder and double-click CheckUpIIT10.exe. Click on the Update button.

Windows:
Updating Manage IT!®:
- If you are updating from 10.5, click here and save the updater to your computer’s ManageIT! folder. You should be prompted to replace the existing CheckUpMIT10.exe.
- If you have already updated Manage IT!® to version 10.6, you will not need to redownload CheckUpMIT10.
Open the ManageIT! folder, double-click on the updater named CheckUpMIT10.exe, and click on the “Run” button. When the screen below appears, please click on the “Update” button.

The next screen displays the path to your Manage IT! folder. If the path is correct, select “Update Here.” Once the updater has run, you can log in to Manage IT!® and click the “Proceed” button to run the update scripts.
Updating Incredible Tutor™:
To download the latest updater, click here.
Do not click on the “Run” button. Instead, please click on the “Save” button and save it in your computer’s IncredibleTutor folder. You should be prompted to replace the existing CheckUpIT10.exe.
Then open the IncredibleTutor folder and double-click CheckUpIT10.exe. The rest of the update process is similar to the process above, except pointing to the IncredibleTutor folder.
