you logged out of Manage IT!, run it now. It will ask
you if you would like to collect statistics. Click
on Collect.
If you did not log out of Manage IT!, click on the Collect button
in the top right-hand corner of the Manage IT! screen. |

Wait
until the progress messages that appear are finished.
Now Manage IT! knows about the problems you just worked
and the data is available for reporting. |
