your pointer over the downward-pointing arrow to
the left of the box filled with “Tar,Obj” (
or “Ben,Sta”).

Click
once and hold the triangle with your mouse button
to see the different view options.

|
While
still holding the mouse button, position your cursor
over “Objectives” (or “Standards”)
and then release your mouse button to select. Your
report should now be compressed to the top-level
view.

Position
your pointer over the arrow to the left of the box
filled with “Objectives” (or “Standards”).

Click
once with your mouse button and hold to see the different
view options.

Position
your cursor over “Que,Tar,Obj” (or “Que,Ben,Sta”)
and release your mouse button to select. Your report
should now be expanded to show the Question detail.

Part
3: View the Overall Graph and the Summary Graph

Using
your mouse, position the pointer over the Summary
Graph button at the left side of your screen. |

Click
once on the Summary Graph button.
A graph is now at the bottom of your screen that provides
a summary of the top-level scores. |

Using
your mouse, position the pointer over the Overall
Graph button at the left side of your screen. |

|
|
|
|
|
4. |
Click
once on the Overall Graph button.
A graph is now at the bottom of your screen that provides
a bar graph for each date the student has worked within
the current assignment. |

Click
on any Objective/Standard, Target/Benchmark, or Question
in the report for which problems have been worked by
the student to see a bar graph for that specific topic. |

| Part
4: Show cumulative data in the report |

The
heading for your report should resemble the following:

The
pop-up menu in the center with the text “Tutor” determines
which Assignment your report covers. The date/time
pop-up menu on the right denotes the start date and
start time for the Assignment.

Using
your mouse, position the mouse pointer over the box
with the text “Tutor.”
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|
Click
once and hold to view the list of available options.
|

|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
Select “All
Assignments” and release the mouse button.
Your report statistics are now cumulative, covering
all Assignments the student has worked within the
Grade 5 Math Title (assuming statistics have not
been cleared).

Using
your mouse, click once on the Current button. This
main report now shows only the statistics for the current
Assignment in the student’s account. |
