Writing Titles (Grades 1–6)
Sleek’s Spanish Writing titles include 10-30 revising and editing
passages and 300 questions per grade. Every effort was made to match
the difficulty level between the English and Spanish versions, and
Sleek’s content writers consulted lists of grade-appropriate
vocabulary words in order to ensure the content would resemble actual
writing pieces created by a student at that grade level. The passages,
questions, and answer choice options are modeled after the released
Spanish TAKS tests.
Spanish Reading Titles (Grades 1–6)
Sleek’s Spanish Reading titles include more than 35 reading passages
per grade with 600-720 questions per grade. Like the TAKS, these titles
are transadaptions of the English versions. In general, questions regarding
multiple-meaning words, figurative language, and vocabulary have been
adapted so that the difficulty level is comparable when translated.

Sleek’s Spanish Math titles for grades 1–6 contain algorithms
that are capable of generating thousands of variations of a single type
of problem. This means your students are unlikely to ever see the same
problem twice, and thus will be provided with virtually unlimited practice.

Science Titles (Grades 3–5)
Sleek’s Spanish Science titles for grades 3–5 include all
of the TAKS-required content for the life, physical, and earth sciences—even
safe lab procedures! All grades include a range of gridded response,
cluster, and measurement questions. They even incorporate the appropriate
TAKS test resources, such as a ruler.
