| Creating/Editing
Assignments |

1. |
Select Assignment from
the Edit menu. The student’s name
and the current title for which you are creating an Assignment
appear at the top of the screen. |

2. |
Click
on the field to the right of From: to select
the Schedule you want to choose passages or problems from. |
| |
|
|
| |
3. |
Click
on the field to the right of To: to select
the Assignment you want to edit, or choose New Assignment from
the pop-up list. |

Select
items you want to add to your Assignment from the From: list
and click on the Insert arrow. |

5. |
Remove
items from your Assignment by selecting those items in the To: list
and clicking on the Delete arrow. |

6. |
Click
on the Preference Set pop-up menu at the
bottom left of the screen to choose a Preference Set to be
used with the Assignment. |

7. |
Click
on Save to save changes to the Assignment
you are editing. Click on Save As to save
the Assignment with a new name. |

Use
Alternate Titles to Hide the Grade Level Being Worked
|

At the
Incredible Tutor™ Login screen, type the teacher password
in the password field. |

Click
on the Set IT! Up button. |
| |
|
|
| |
3. |
Scroll
down in the list of On or Off Preferences. Find the Preference "Use
Alternate Titles." Click to the left of the Preference
to make a blue dot appear. |

Click
on the OK button. |
| |
|
|
| |

Notice
that now the titles in the login screen are identified by
color rather than grade level. These alternate names will
also appear in all Incredible Tutor™ reports. |

On-Screen Help |

1. |
Any time
you see a big black question mark in Incredible Tutor™,
you can click on it to get helpful information about the
window you are in. |

You can
also access the full on-screen Help files at any time by
selecting Help from the Goto Menu.
Simply choose a topic and click on OK. |

| Sending
Feedback to Sleek Corporation |

You can
bring up a feedback dialog while you are in any Problem/Question,
Lesson, Passage, Explanation, Warm Fuzzy, or Main Report
screen by holding down the Shift and command (Mac)/control
(Windows) keys and clicking on the letter F. |

Type any
feedback that you think would be helpful to us in improving
the products, or just let us know something you especially
like about the software. Please use this feature to efficiently
communicate things like:
“ I would like to see a problem stem of the type . . .” then give
us a concrete type of problem you would like developed.
OR if there is an error in a problem, use this
feature when the problem is displayed and identify the error in
your comments. We will be able to quickly make the necessary corrections
and send you an updater to fix the error.
OR if you think that a problem does not match
the state’s test format as well as it could, you can make
comments on how you would like to see it improved.
OR if you love something we’ve done and
want to let us know, you can make our day by telling us here. |

All comments
for a particular installation will be stored in a file named feedback.txt in
the Sleeksit folder. When you have collected
all the comments you want to send to us, you can email the
file to support@sleek.com. We will read
your comments carefully and take any necessary steps from
there. |
