How do I buy
Incredible Tutor™ Home
Version?
You must start by downloading the free 10-day trial. Because
we do not offer any telephone support for the Home Version,
it is imperative that you make sure you are able to download
and use the software before you buy it.
You cannot buy the software without first downloading the
trial.
A manual named Home_Guide.pdf will install with your software.
The first two pages of this guide will explain how to place
your order.

I have a slow Internet connection. Can you send me the software
on a CD?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Home Version
is only available by download.

Can I order the software by phone?
The Home Version is only available for purchase through the
website, using the links in the Home_Guide.pdf that installs
when you download your free 10-day trial. We cannot take
orders by phone.

Do you offer tech support for the Home Version?
Because we offer the Home Version at a reduced price,
we do not offer any tech support for it. This is why is
it so important that you download the 10-day trial to make
sure the software works for you before you purchase the
software.

Can I get a refund if I buy the software and decide it is
not right for me?
Because we allow you to use the software for 10 days
at no obligation before you decide to purchase, we cannot
give refunds after purchase.

What
if I decide not to purchase the software after my 10-day
trial is over?
You don't have to do anything. We will not bill you. There
is absolutely no obligation to purchase after downloading
the free 10-day trial.

When
do I select which grade(s) I want to purchase?
At the time of purchase, you will only
select HOW MANY grades you want to purchase (one, three,
or ALL). You will select which specific grade(s) you want
when you register your software using the code we send you
after you purchase.

need the TAKS or FCAT version of the software. When do
I select the version I need?
You will select which specific state version you want to
use when you install the 10-day trial.

Can
I buy bundles other than those listed?
No. You can purchase any one of the following:
• All subjects available for one grade
• All subjects available for three grades
• All subjects available for all grades.

Can
I buy more than one bundle for use on the same computer?
No. You can only buy one of the bundles to use on one computer.

Can
I use my one-grade bundle for one grade this year and switch
to the next grade next year? (For example, can I use the
software for 4th grade this year, then switch it to 5th
grade next year?)
The grade(s) you select when you register your software
are the only grade(s) you are licensed to use. Therefore,
you may want to purchase a three-grade or all-grade bundle
if you want to continue moving up grades in the software.

Can
I use the software for my home school?
Yes, but note that only 4 students can use the Home Version
of the software.

Can
I pay with a check?
No, we can only accept payments by credit card via our website.

Is
it safe to purchase online?
Yes, all of our website orders are encrypted and processed through a secure
server. This means that your information cannot be intercepted by any other
party and is not available to anyone on our staff.

The
Login screen of Incredible Tutor™ asks me
for a password. What is it?
You do not need to use a password for the Home Version,
therefore you may leave the password field blank.
